The KKR Credit Income Fund (“KKC” or the “Trust’) has been established to provide investors in Australia and New Zealand with an opportunity to access global credit investment opportunities sourced through proprietary Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (“KKR”) channels.

KKC offers individual investors access to KKR investment strategies which are generally only open to institutional investors such as pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.

KKC seeks to provide unit holders with an income stream as well as achieve attractive long-term capital appreciation over a full market cycle.

The Trust is appropriate for investors seeking income distribution to be used as a satellite allocation within a portfolio where the investor has a 5+ year investment timeframe and a medium to high risk/return profile. Investors should refer to the Target Market Determination (TMD) document for further information.

The Responsible Entity of the Trust is The Trust Company (RE Services) Limited ABN 45 003 278 831.
